Caroline, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of RPY Innovations, started her payments industry journey with a project that involved the very first encrypted e-commerce payment transaction. Over 30 years later, she has lent her trailblazing knowledge and expertise to countless organizations in the payments and global acquiring space. Along the way, she has shaped companies and the industry itself with her unique perspective and drive to build ethically.
Caroline’s hands-on expertise includes hedging FX exposure for payment transactions, cross-border and multiple currency processing and fraud mitigation. She has led sales, service, and marketing organizations for companies such as E4X, CyberCash, TransFirst, and Payvision, where she focused on domestic and international payments for e-commerce, recurring payments, mobile transactions and social commerce.
Caroline is a recognized thought leader and can be seen at speaking engagements on global acquiring initiatives as well as within industry publications. Caroline has Co-Chaired the ETA Payment Facilitation Committee since 2019.
