Caroline Hometh - Managing Partner
Caroline started her career as an early-adopter ISO, managing one of the first large portfolios of several thousand ISO agents. By 1994 she was working with the engineers to develop the first encrypted eCommerce transactions. Later she helped deliver the first eCommerce cross-border purchases to retailers. She is considered an expert in international acquiring, settlement and alternative payments.
Caroline regularly speaks at conferences and FinTech events and has a wide understanding of the compliance, operational and technical requirements for a Payments Provider, Acquirer, Marketplace Merchant, Retailer or Payment Facilitator. She will bring experience, thoughtfulness and sound business practices into making your payments project successful.
Joseph Arthur - Partner
Joseph specializes in IT and building organizational processes, and uses this background to implement comprehensive solutions for businesses around the world. While implementing secure POS technology at national retail chains he honed his PCI expertise, and previously managed large scale technically and logistically complex installations for several New York City marketplace venues. Joseph now leads our project management, technology and analytics delivery. His broad operational expertise and global payments experience is ideally suited to helping clients navigate the increasingly dynamic payments environment.
Rod Hometh - Partner
Rod is a senior payments executive with a broad range of POS sales and marketing experience. He has managed sales, service and operational organizations for companies such as TeleCheck, British Telecom, CyberCash, Apriva and Hypercom in both the US and internationally. Most recently he led Ingenico’s Strategic Development group in the US, creating successful initiatives to enter the healthcare payments and self-service segments. Rod regularly speaks at payments industry events and has been interviewed as an industry thought leader on Bloomberg’s Market Makers television program.
